I am a Canadian, hosted in Canada , living in Canada , and am subject to the laws of my Own Country, and not to the prudish, anti free speech laws of the United States Congress and the Special Interest Groups which own those Congressional Officials.

The Internet, by its nature, is Global and in some countries the age of consent is 16, 18, and in some cases 21. Some even have lower ages, however in Canada , the age of consent is considered to be 18, and that is the only law I follow, the one applicable to me, my business, as I am a Canadian.

In some countries, the mere mention of being Homosexual can land you in hot water, such as Poland that claims to be a Democratic Nation. Attempts to deny the existence of Homosexuals due to religious beliefs, is rampant in the world, thanks in large part to people like Pope Benedict, the President of Poland, and their hero and guiding light, the Religious Right of the United States.

#2257 & #4472 are the United States codes which attempt to limit one’s ability to enjoy the naked male body, engaged in mutually consensual sex. Under the guise of ‘protecting children’ these laws do absolutely nothing to meet that lofty goal, but instead put individual freedoms at risk, and are used to harass ordinary working people who happen to disagree with the standard mantra that somehow Sex is Dirty.

The Hypocrisy of these laws is mind boggling. In their drive to deny Homosexuals their basic civil rights, they use the claim that marriage is about being able to procreate the human species. They claim that only a Man & Woman can do that, which is why Marriage is not available for Homosexuals. Yet, at the same time they stand aghast at sites that promote sex, promote the affection of two adults through sexual intimacy.

Last time I checked, in order to naturally procreate, the people involved had to have some form of sexual contact. While there are indeed ‘artificial’ means to achieve this, the thrust of the Religious Argument, by such stellar opponents of basic civil rights like Mitt Romney and George Bush, is only a man & woman can be married, because ONLY a man & woman can create life. True, only a man & woman can, but in order for that to happen they have to have intercourse.

So why then is Sex so dirty to these fundamentalist nut jobs?

I would suggest it is simply because they don’t get it often enough or know how to perform their ‘manly duties’ in a way that is pleasing. So, as a result, they are ashamed of sex, making it more of a duty, than an affirmation of the love between two people.

Due to their own fears, inadequacies, these people would rather ignore the real culprits, the real scum who prey on children, and go after honest law abiding people who don’t keep great records. Who haven’t dotted their “T’s” and crossed their “I’s” sufficiently to please the minds of people like Alberto Gonzales. (Attorney General of the USA )

I don’t photograph models, or make videos. Yet somehow, the United States Congress expects me to know who these models really are, to know their exact ages and to know what stage names they use, and have all that information available for some law enforcement official to view. Even if I am not working in the United States !

Frankly, if these officials really want to know, then Go See The People Who Took Their Photographs, Who Made The Video. They are the ones who SHOULD know, and who SHOULD have that information. To require the tens of thousands of webmasters to have that information, is not only impractical, but dangerous as well. Not all who have web enterprises, are shall we say, ethical or even sane. There are sicko’s everywhere, so let’s give them the names, addresses, phone numbers, of people who pose nude. That really makes sense.

These laws do nothing to protect, but as you can imagine, do put individuals at great risk. They put their private information in the hands of people they don’t know, out in public even, simply to satisfy some puritanical craving, by some bought and paid for politician who proclaims himself/herself to be doing God’s work, and at the same time, proclaiming they are helping you protect your children.

If the people being checked, whose records are being checked with a fine tooth comb, do not produce the material, how does that protect your child? How does that end the abuse of children by these scum?

It Doesn’t.

Want to insure that minors don’t do porn? Check the Producers, view their records, their book keeping practices, and you might actually do something then. To harass and waste money going after those who have nothing whatsoever to do with the production or such is just a publicity stunt, that does noone any good.
